PEER-RUN SUPPORT GROUP
Strength in Tiny Steps: Black NICU Family Circle
Navigating the NICU journey is overwhelming, but you don’t have to do it alone. Strength in Tiny Steps is a free, nurturing support group designed for Black mothers who currently have a baby in the NICU or have had a baby in the NICU within the last three years.
Together, we’ve created a space designed to:
- Build community and expand your village.
- Celebrate milestones—no matter how small.
- Receive support and resources tailored to your journey.
This group is facilitated by Dominique DjeDje and Summer McBride, two Black mothers who have experienced the NICU journey with their newborns.
