DESCRIPTION:Virtual home visitation challenges and strategiesOverview\nPresenter will walk participants through the basics of transitioning home visiting care to online. Topics to be discussed include: combating barriers to informed consent\, assessing for safety\, and promoting privacy and confidentiality. Cervantes ACSW CLE is a home visitor and psychotherapist\, who has been working with low-income and high-risk families for over 15 years. Denise is a social worker who earned her Master of Social Work from University of Southern California and her Certificate of Lactation Education from University of California\, San Diego. Denise is the Resource and Outreach Supervisor and Home Visitor for the Welcome Baby Pilot Program at Maternal and Child Health Access.
