Chinese medicine works by re-establishing balance and harmony within the mind/body/spirit. Acupuncture stimulates the flow of Qi, allowing the body to heal itself and balance the body’s energy. Acupuncture and herbal remedies are very effective in treating a variety of health concerns, including during the reproductive journey. From an East-Asian Medicine point of view, women may be at higher risk of developing symptoms of postpartum depression due to the loss of blood, energy (Qi) and fluids during birth and during lactation. Join us for this webinar where we will learn the benefits of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) during the perinatal period from Dr. Minich, who integrates Eastern and Western practices with perinatal communities to support their mental, physical, and spiritual health.

CEUs will be offered for this webinar. The webinar will be recorded and can be accessed for 1 week following the live-broadcast. If you are unable to attend live, please still register and the link to the recording will be e-mailed to you following the webinar.

-Identify 2 East-Asian treatment therapies that are restorative and healing during the perinatal period.
